What is PokerIQ?
A poker training app for iPhone. You play No-Limit Texas Hold'em against computer-controlled opponents, a coach grades each decision you make and explains it, and your mistakes become practice puzzles. Your Poker IQ shows what your play is worth.
Is it free?
Yes. Without a subscription you get a fresh play-money stack and a free puzzle set every day. An optional subscription unlocks more, such as rebuys and unlimited puzzle sets.
Is this real-money gambling?
No. Chips in PokerIQ are play money. They cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for anything of value, and you can never win real money or prizes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PokerIQ. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so Apple handles refunds at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. The refund policy explains the steps and where we can help.
I paid but my subscription is not showing
Open You, then Settings, and choose Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, write to support@mypokeriq.app before asking Apple for a refund and we will fix it.
Will my progress survive a new phone?
Only if you sign in. The app creates an anonymous account on first launch; signing in with Apple, Google or an email code (You, then Settings, then Sign in) attaches it to you, so it comes back on another device. An account that was never signed in cannot be recovered if the app is deleted.
How do I turn off reminders?
In iOS Settings, then Notifications, then PokerIQ.
What data does PokerIQ collect?
Your account and progress, device and diagnostic information, and, only if you allow tracking when iOS asks, the advertising identifier. It never asks for your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. The privacy policy has the full detail.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You, then Settings, then Delete account. The account deletion page explains what is removed and how long it takes.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. PokerIQ is on iPhone.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app, under You, then Settings. If you have already removed the app, or you want to know exactly what gets deleted and what has to be kept, the account deletion page explains it.
